Dishes are mostly vegetarian as my sous chef (Chef D’oeuf) does not enjoy killing or eating animals. He’s got no problem with butchering a mushroom though.
**Chef D’oeuf is a real life human adult who helps me make most of my dishes. Chef D’oeuf is a pseudonym to protect their identity. Do not worry, despite the mystery and intrigue, Chef D’oeuf is not currently being pursued by the police or the UK government. Chef D’oeuf is also not a figment of my imagination. The pseudonym stems from an affectionate nickname (egg) but translated into French to make it more appropriate for a food blog.
