Dishes are mostly vegetarian as my sous chef (Chef D’oeuf) does not enjoy killing or eating animals. He’s got no problem with butchering a mushroom though.

Do not worry, despite the mystery and intrigue, Chef D’oeuf is not currently being pursued by the police or the UK government. Chef D’oeuf is also not a figment of my imagination. The pseudonym stems from an affectionate nickname (egg) but translated into French to make it more appropriate for a food blog.
